Dr. Mao Yin, B.S. in Applied Polymer Chemistry from University of Science and Technology of China, Ph.D. in Organic and Polymer Chemistry from Michigan State University, and Postdoctoral Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, USA, has deep expertise in ADC drug discovery and is the successful leader of the product technology platform. Dr. Mao Yin is a member of the founding team and core technology team of a NASDAQ-listed ADC company, whose innovative and world-leading ADC drug technology platform won the "Best Technology Platform Award" at the 2016 Global ADC Targeted Drug Industry Conference, and has served as the company's Chief Scientist, Distinguished Team and Team Leader.

Dr. Mao Yin is well versed in medicinal, peptide, protein, and polymer chemistry, and is an expert in target selection, lead optimization, biocoupling, antibody-drug coupling, and nucleic acid delivery. He also has extensive experience in manufacturing processes, technology transfer, and GMP production. Familiar with cancer biology and antibody discovery. Successfully brought two antibody small molecule drug couples and two polymer-drug couples from discovery and development up to the clinical trial stage.
